Return Eligibility

Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

• Provide your order information and reason for return
• We will provide return instructions and shipping address
• Ship the item back using appropriate packaging

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Custom Orders

Custom-made items are generally not eligible for return unless there is a defect or error on our part. Please contact us to discuss any concerns.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
